    Can't edit to do any thing. There are adds in the way. if we can't use basic free. Then I'm not going to pay to use anything if it doesn't load. It's not my computer either. The free edit is not working.

    I'm paying for pizap pro each month but get advertisements and pizap runs laggy with adverts ..... thanks

    I mistakenly logged in with Google & can't log out. The button won't work. Apparently, all my pics are under a login with Facebook, so I can't access them if I can't log out.

    I didn't use it last year and this year I am work traveling. Until then I will not be using it. will you refund the 35.88 to my Pay Pal. when I complete the Work contract I will then use it again. Been a faithful customer, but traveling this past year and this year. Please Notify me when you credit my account at scoobidoo20032002@ yahoo.          Is anyone else having trouble with the piZap Collage? Everytime I pick a collage and I add my first pic it disappears completely and I have to start all over again. It won't let me add pic's into the collage. I am using windows 10 and have everything up tp date. Please help

    The "old version" is no longer there. Any way to use Pizap without doing the upgrade? I cannot afford upgrade and would like to continue using the old version.

    Been subscribed for several years now and CANNOT GET FRAMES ETC. TO LOAD to make edits.

    The graphic I worked on for hours disappeared with no action on my part. I sat there momentarily paused when suddenly the graphic was replaced with an exclamation point. What's up with that? Where is my graphic?

    Это еще что   Совсем совесть  потеряли. Оставили только 10 бесплатных рамок. И то самых не нужных. И их сделали бы платным. Что за тупая версия. Верните старую версию!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I PAID FOR SOME FEATURES A FEW YEARS AGO AND AM NOW ARE BLOCKED FROM USING THEM. PIZAP NEED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR LET ME USE THE FEATURES I PAID FOR....... I'M NOT HAPPY YOU HAVE BASICALLY STOLEN FROM ME...

    I used to be able to choose photos from friend's facebooks when I made a collage but that feature seems to be gone. Also I cannot access my google photos/picassa or search images on google. Please fix these, I really miss making pictures with Pizap
