I have a PRO account but it's still asking me to sign up.

If you are still seeing the message to upgrade, or not seeing the PRO features. Make sure that you are logged in.  Look for the "Sign In" link on the top center of the home page.

If you are already logged in, it is probably that you are logged into the wrong account. Most commonly, users sign up originally with a Facebook, Twitter, or Google ID and then later forget this is how they connected and create another account. 

Did you sign up with Facebook, Twitter or Google originally? Make sure you sign in again with whatever ID you used originally.

If you can't remember you can use this form to lookup your username.

    Just signed up tonight with my e-mail account.  It keeps telling me to sign up for pro.  Already did all that.  Sorry I know that I must have done something wrong just don't know what.

    Back to not getting pro. and every time I come on it does not recognize my password and I have to get a new one.  Maybe I should give up on this and just end the free week.  I am not getting any where.  It is very frustrating.

    I would have liked an account with you but you have not fixed the problem and have not addressed the problem with me so please close the account.  Since you can't have started the week since the pro never started it should be easy.  Close account

    im signed in and i started my free week trial but i have no pro features, im frustrated and i would like to cancel my account or tell me how i can fix it, the article above was not useful
