I have a PRO account but it's still asking me to sign up.

If you are not seeing your PRO account, it is possible that you are logged into the wrong account.  

Make sure you log in with the same account you used to sign up.

Most commonly, users sign up originally with a Facebook ID and then later forget this is how they connected and create another account, and then try logging in with email or another method.

Did you sign up with Facebook, Twitter or Google originally? Make sure you sign in again with whatever ID you used originally.

    Just signed up tonight with my e-mail account.  It keeps telling me to sign up for pro.  Already did all that.  Sorry I know that I must have done something wrong just don't know what.

    Back to not getting pro. and every time I come on it does not recognize my password and I have to get a new one.  Maybe I should give up on this and just end the free week.  I am not getting any where.  It is very frustrating.

    I would have liked an account with you but you have not fixed the problem and have not addressed the problem with me so please close the account.  Since you can't have started the week since the pro never started it should be easy.  Close account

    im signed in and i started my free week trial but i have no pro features, im frustrated and i would like to cancel my account or tell me how i can fix it, the article above was not useful

    I paid for a year subscription I have not used my computer in a few months now it says I have to pay for Pro again? NO! I have paid already. I tried what you told others to check other accounts I have 2 I checked both accounts and changed passwords because it isn't doesn't recognize my password its to much money to pay out then to not get it feeling very disappointed

    I'm a Pro member, have been for years!  Why am I not getting pro features and still seeing Ads, seriously pissed off!!!

    I'm a Pro member since 2017. I just renewed my membership in december 2019. I'm not getting any of the Pro features. It's asking me to start a 7 day free trial.

    Looks like I am not the only Pro member who has been screwed by PiZap. Cannot access anything without it asking me to sign up for a Pro Account. Pretty sure the $$ that was taken out of my account, the invoice stating such, etc., is proof I am a Pro member, so why am I having so many issues?

    I have a pizap pro account. didn't use pizap for a while and now I can't log in, receiving a message that I don't have an account and proposing me a 7 days trial.Since I'm not using it often every time I want to log in I have the same problem. Why ?!!!!!
